Educational Therapy

Addressing Reading, Writing, Math and Thinking

In an atmosphere of HOPE, we provide solid reading, writing, math, and cognitive skills instruction to EMPOWER our learners. When students truly understand a concept, they gain the skills and CONFIDENCE to take charge of their own learning, think critically, solve problems, and tackle new challenges independently. We provide evidence-based, multisensory reading programs. Our multisensory  math program builds confident problem-solvers through hands-on instruction. Educational therapy strengthens attention, memory, and processing speed through targeted cognitive skills training. Additionally, our Thinking/Memory program supports senior citizens in maintaining cognitive flexibility and lifelong learning.

What Makes Us Unique?

Empowering Learners Beyond Academics

Our educational therapists go beyond traditional tutoring to empower students to learn and think critically. We collaborate closely with parents and schools to develop individualized programs designed to effectively fill learning gaps. Our specialized training in reading, writing, and math equips students with lifelong cognitive skills and problem-solving strategies, instilling confidence and independence that extend far beyond academics.

Testimonials

“J presented a valedictory speech this morning in which you were mentioned by title, although I think the written speech had your name in it. Either way, you were indeed Bright Hope to our family in the 2 plus years you worked with our struggling son. He graduated from a small school, he was the top man, and got to encourage the entire school body of up-and-coming kids K-12, that to struggle academically is a worthy thing. To fail spelling test after spelling test is not an end in itself. To be the guy who needs a reading tutor doesn't mean you are doomed to an unsuccessful future.

Thank you again for the work you do and particularly the work you did with Judah and the encouragement you imparted to all of us.

He is headed off in the coming weeks to a construction apprenticeship and he is so excited to start the next big thing. I just wanted to let you know that he graduated with flair and you are such a big part of his success.”
“Anne uses multidisciplinary, kinesthetic, multisensory strategies that really keep children engaged and help them learn.”
“My daughter's progress has been tremendous. Not only has she overcome her dyslexia, but her entire attitude about reading and school has changed so that now she feels confident and successful.”
“Anne was able to identify the specific areas where our daughter needed to focus. We are seeing improvement every week. She is exceptional in her knowledge, organization, and professionalism “
“Not only did Anne make progress where no other tutor had been able to, her kindness, gentleness and overwhelming level of caring for my son literally changed his life and his perspective on learning.”
“Thanks again for all you have done for us. M. is eons better and trying to read everything she can… Our state has a book award every year and the library gives out prizes if you read and vote on 4 or 5 of them. She has a goal to read every one. Our life is night and day. I can’t ever thank you enough.”
“We can't thank you enough for not only helping N. but more importantly giving him the confidence to help himself. He is back to being the outgoing reader he used to be and for that we truly thank you.”
“Anne did an amazing job with S. I have already seen tremendous improvement, and he actually didn't mind sitting down to practice or sitting down to meet with Anne. She was kind, patient, and engaging. She has been a very good fit for us.”
